Upon us receiving your inquiry, we will send you out an email outlining our Discovery Stage.
In the Discovery Stage, we will gather all the relevant information required for your project and guide you through to the
next steps.
We will meet with you on-site to discuss your construction needs, desired timelines and a price estimate for required works. In doing so, it will ensure clarity from the beginning.
We will arrange a meeting with our design team to explain your requirements and discuss a plan of action to ensure everybody is on the same page.
We will prepare a detailed cost estimate based on your requirements before any official contracts are drawn up.
The official contracts are prepared and written in plain English for all parties to fully understand their requirements. We provide a timeline for every stage of construction from start to handover. We will also hold on-site meetings with you to view the progress of your home as it is brought to life.
Near completion, we will arrange a final inspection walkthrough with you to view. If you have any concerns, we will rectify all issues upon handover. All necessary documents and warranties will be provided to you from our team. We will attend to any issues you might have within the first 3 months. In addition to this, you will also receive 10 years structural warranty as well as 2 years warranty for any non-structural issues.
